We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with product images and descriptions. All products are reproduced as accurately as possible however sometimes there may be a variation in colours.

As a user of the Furberry website it is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery/address details are correct, Furberry will not be held responsible for incorrect details entered at time of ordering. Furberry will not be obliged to re-send the product(s) at their expense. As a user of the Furberry website you will receive our monthly e-newsletters, you can unsubscribe to this at any time.
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged the goods must be returned within 14-days in their original and unused condition. Refunds will be made via your original form of payment. Shipping charges are fully refundable on faulty/damaged items only. We do not accept items returned via COD and we do not refund shipping charges. All food products or personalized products are “final sale” and can not be exchanged or returned.
Furberry have sourced only the very best products from around the world. We are confident that you and your pet will love the new purchase(s). However if you are not happy with your product(s) purchased we are more than happy to exchange, refund or offer a Furberry store credit. The goods must be returned within 14-days in their original and unused condition. Furberry store credits are valid for one year from date of issue and must be used in the one transaction excluding shipping & postage charges.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/returns if the above conditions are not met.
Furberry reserves the right to review these terms of use from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon release of the new terms of use.
